"I've been with State Farm for over 20 years. I've never felt so swindled in my life. You'd think they'd have your best interests in mind. Think again. They are the Mob! I had full coverage on a vehicle. I switched over to them with 2 cars and home. They felt it best to drop my collision coverage and hide it in paperwork. So to my unpleasant surprise when I went to file a claim I'm not covered. On top of that they had no information even after the claim was closed. What a joke!"
